While it seems pie-in-the-sky, I thought there were reasonable points made.

It is crystal clear that the American economy will collapse in the not-too-distant future; probably not during my lifetime but likely within the lifetimes of my kids. Unless something is done about the inordinately huge number of people who are parasites living off the other half. The re-election of Obama suggests that we're past the turning point.

The poor in America have a great standard of living -- among the best in the world. But that comes at huge cost to the middle class, particularly pre-middle aged middle class. At some point they'll refuse to pay -- not if, but when.

Texas may not be a bad place to be when the music stops.
