President Putin, and most of his European contemporaries, are highly intelligent men and women who know how to lead. Of course, I very strongly oppose and disagree with all of the leftist policies of Europe and Russia, but I still acknowledge that these are highly intelligent men and women. In contrast, the United States of America, the former greatest country on Earth, is dictated to by an illegal alien African Muslim of low intelligence.
Regarding the fallible argument that Obama could not have become POTUS if he were not highly intelligent, that idea has been through debunked for nearly 6 years now. Obama has proven to be merely a pawn, led around and directed by men who are far more intelligent than he is. When he doesn't have the teleprompter, he is blithering buffoon.
