We know its hard to squeeze original thought from a brain which functions much like a vegetable but the very earliest European settlements, missions & forts were Spanish, St Augustine was the first permanent settlement established around 1565 which was a good 60yrs before the Pilgrims, pilgrim. So, yes, there were those histories very steeped in those Catholic traditions taught in school there, many many stories .
Florida & California Franciscan missions, even Texas & New Mexico and of course we all know just how much "in love" those Atlantic colonies were for allowing Catholics anywhere near them, they were banned & the hatred ran rampant & deep.
So much Christian love, so little time to remember the great spectacles demonstrating the desperate lack of it, especially for texas turnips pretending to have brains like yourself. If you did have half a brain you'd know how deep the hatreds went, how entrenched, all so very Darwinian, as if Jesus never existed, only humans pretending as they usually most always do.
