I was thinking about the frames for trailers/5th wheels.
They were made of different materials... Jayco used wood,
others aluminum channel/ibeam, and I imagine some are
even steel ibeam.

Are there important advantages, disadvantages to each?
Wood is probably more flexible, but less durable. Perhaps
the more rigid metal frames are more brittle over time.
Steel is obviously heavier.

Thoughts, anyone?
