2) No we do not have a 43-101 but one is coming in the next 5 weeks. We however have calculated that there is about 1.4million tons of Graphite on the East pipe. So that is more then enough to make a mine. So. don't as that question again
3) Do we have a market? Yes we have the same market as EVERY pure flaker out there + the possibility of being in the synthetic market and literally taking it over. So don't ask that question again
4) Aren't you thousands of miles from civilization and infrastructure. That's what Fulps thinks?
No, we are within 30km of gas and electricity. We are less then 60km from the Trans Canada and a small town, which would grow large if we become a mine. So do not ask that question again
5) Why Riddle from Asbury not like ZEN? That's easy, Riddle will be out of a job if ZEN goes into production. We literally can sell to the end user bypassing him, in fact who the fark needs him, after all he sides with boiler room rags. So do not ask that question again please
6) Why does NGC CEO not like ZEN. Well duh if we are prodcucing 99,99 or 99,99999 for far less then he can, he has NO MARKET. So please do not ask that again
7) What about the 30meters of overburden. Won't this kill the project? 30 meters never stopped Copper projects, Gold projects and Iron/Ore projects. Open pit is open pit. ZEN could throw $100million at just overburden removal and not even dent the value of the property below it. So do not ask this question again.
8) 4-5% is a waste of time its not good enough. Strange? Nickel at 4-5%, Copper at 4-5% is done all the time. So why would you assume that something far more valuable then Nickel or Copper would not be mined. So please do not ask that question again
9) What so damn important about the University studies???? Well they will let us know whether thermally, electrically, etc etc whether we can replace many of the present synthetic uses. So wait for the news. Please do not ask this question again.
9a) Where are all the offtake agreements? Offtakes cannot be signed till the companies that need our graphite test it! They are receiving those samples NOW. So please do not ask this question again
9b) Why did ZEN wait so long to give out samples are they afraid of something? No, they waited this long because unlike CCB and others we wanted to know that we had a property with enough graphite to be a mine before we spent all this money on University studies. There is no reason to pass things around if there is not enough of it. Please do not ask this question again
10) The First Nations have not signed up for a mine, So you will never have one!! The first nations of Canada, have 3 agreements. One for exploration, which we have. Then based on negotiations (ie how many members you hire etc. They sign a second agreement for pre-production. Then if you actually produce you sign another. So please do not ask this question again till we get to pre-production.
11) Why is this taking so long!!!! ZEN started this drill program this spring. In about 13 months they wll have gone from a piece of property they did not own. To full ownership which they have now plus a 43-101 and a PEA. That is faster then LIGHT ITSELF! so please do not ask this question again.
12) Insiders are selling!! One insider is selling he has a severe illness and will likely be leaving ZEN sometime in the future. NO OTHER INSIDER has sold ONE SHARE, PERIOD. So please do not ask this question again.
13) Cliffs sold cheap!! Yes they did, so who the hell cares? Cliffs is also in deep chit with many other projects including ROF. It has nothing to do with us. Please do not ask this question again.
14) ZEN is overpriced. That is your opinion but it is an opinion not shared by historical allocations of Market Capitalization., So at this point, it is worth $8.00 a share based on historical valuations that have been part of the VSE and TSX for over 30 years. Now I also appreciate that there has been a severe depreciation in all assets on both exchanges. So we have adjusted accordingly and suggest till more info comes out its worth $4.50-$5.00 a share
Please do not ask this question again. Unless you would like to discuss the matrix that ALL brokerages have used for this many years.
15) If ZEN is so good why are brokerages not following and recommending it? Too easy. The VSE is full of slimy brokerages that will not recommend your stock unless you grease them. You see it every day throughout the VSE and if you play stocks, you watch Cheap PPs handed out to these assholes monthly. AE has chosen not to do this so is suffering their wrath. If he did do it you would be complaining about Cheap PPs. So in this case do not ask the question again because you don't like either case. So there is no answer.
16) I don't believe ZEN or its CEO or BoD, I think its all BS. Fine, do not buy the stock but this board is for people that would like to chat about there ownership. Not listen to you express your opinion that you do not like it and do not own it. Go somewhere where you can discuss stocks you own. Please do not ask this question again or be here if you are not an owner. If you are not an owner and feel compelled to disrupt this board with your senseless repetitive attack on a stock you do not like or own. You will not get any respect and further more you will be insulted as many times as we can.
