What kind of claim is that? What are you even saying?
You claimed that since 12 years in failing public schools wasn't enough we should extend it to 14. It is hard to imagine a better argument for competition in education at all levels. If a private school could offer the same education in 10 years that public schools offer in 12, wouldn't those students, and all of society be better off? As long as you shield public schools from real competition you guarantee continued mediocrity at best.
