All this talk about Syria seems to be ignoring the BIGGEST thing that's happening in the Middle East. And THAT'S Israel's concerns about Iran. Israel has been plotting for years on HOW they could hit Iran and destroy or at least slow their march toward nuclear weapons. Now, the Russians are offering advanced defensive missile systems to Iran and help with building their nuclear facilities. Israel isn't going to let that stuff happen. This latest episode of Obama and Kerry "dithering around" in regard to Syria has confirmed Israel's worst fears regarding the Obama Administration. I don't think the Israelis are going to wait much longer... If Israel hits Iran (and I expect it sooner rather than later) then Syria will be just a blip on the screen and the whole Middle East will get pretty HOT. Not that anybody on THIS thread was talking about Syria...lol
