No, I am sorry to say, it is "New Version" 3.0. I am having trouble with the installation and have not received a response from my E-mail to tech support. I called but they had closed and I did not want to pay for support at $2.00 a minute! I find that unbelieveable. I will wait for the response or call earlier tomorrow.
