What do you think the chances are of a "no" vote prevailing? I got the distinct impression that Arris made sure they had the proxies in case of a fight. Do you think it's more probable that there will be a suit instead of a "no" vote?

Also, the investor in the news story said that it was specifically because they have a lot of respect for Arris mgt. team that they opposed the merger. Funny way to show respect! Killing their big merger wouldn't exactly lock them in long term would it?

Of course that comment on Arris management sounds a lot like positioning for a suit--or just hot air?
