I had a brief talk with Mr. Pian this afternoon. I have scheduled a meeting with him next Tuesday the 16th. (Tentative). The company is only about 45 minutes from me, and he invited me to visit the operation. He was extremely upbeat, and informed me that earnings to be released this week were very positive, and that he fully intends to achieve the $4.00 a share requirement for Nasdag listing.
