Restricted for 2 years. 50mil authorized shares. I was told there will be news release(posssibly as soon as thurs. or fri.)announcing signing of 2 0r 3 more players. I asked if one of them was named arnie or jack? answer was, "not yet, but comparable" Also at news release name of sponser will also be stated. Asked if MONY, and was led to believe it was. ESPN deal not signed yet ! Par Value does have info coming out on ACCY. Real soon. Was told that company planned secondary stock offering when stock price was between 2 & 3 dollars per share. I believe he said they were hoping for that to be within 6 months to a year. Thats the news ! Now for a comment. I happen to enjoy playing golf--if I didn't I probably wouldn't look twice at this speculative issue. I believe there could be a lot of other golfers that will take a curious look at this once they become aware the company exists, with this format. Having a extremely low float, the speculation for profit is that it could rocket, with new buyer interest. Should this not happen(new buyers) we might own wall paper !! Don't use mortgage payment money, but with playing around money we just might connect on a quick mover. Next month could be interesting. Interesting to the point that we bought another 16,000 shares today. I just related what my conversation was and a few comments--no more--no less. If this helps anyone out or answers any questions=terrific. If someone takes offense or doesn't like it I don't much give a damn. TN
