Jan, I have been successfully trading NSCP, with Stochastics,(55,25,3) as my primary indicator. We had a nice bump today, and as a matter of fact, I sold 25% of my holdings at 30 3/4, and 75% at 30 13/16 today.

I believe this is now nine for nine profitable trades on NSCP for me. I'll post my next entry.

During the first 5 trades, I also shorted NSCP after selling a long. But as fundamentals strengthen, I don't feel comfortable shorting NSCP anymore, and have recently only traded long positions.

Currently my trading account is in cash.(Won't be for long!-g-)

S3 is now down to the 5's, about 40-50% from where I sold,(a little over 10) and the bottom is still unclear.

I've made back about 1/3 of my losses on S3 so far, and I do expect some recovery from the litigation, albeit a probable small percentage (10-15% net).

Good Trading, LF

p.s., My business has taken me into a few small aerospace companies, and I may have a few opportunities. We'll see.
