The team from Imperial College London, the University of Kent and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory have discovered that when icy comets collide into a planet, amino acids can be produced. These essential building blocks are also produced if a rocky meteorite crashes into a planet with an icy surface.

Really amazing cause this feels like very real understandings are starting to gel now in so many areas from all past cosmological down to local events,as the sciences are all clicking in unison too. Its all working in concert to produce this wonder we participate in. With what we now know, simplest ideas are proving true, this earth certainly had plenty of all elements needed for interactions leading to organic chemical evolution , all is falling into place now.( as many had intuited before)

Someone will have to send poor brummy a memo, his biblical god was not in such a big big hurry, all good & varied things took such a very long long time to assemble. One thing we can say, is once the processes of organic "Life" gets started, is sure relentless, still so daunting anyone could even seriously dare to think it happened in only 10,000yrs or less. Such is the power of memes.

( If anything this natural universe offers plenty of wonders & terrors as it is to keep anyone inspired & humble, thirsting for more understanding. That consciousness & sentience is also an end result, can never be overrated though we see that gregoree & the broken record crowds really dont have any )
