Yeah they got him for illegally discharging a firearm and was arrested for it. Most cities have laws against discharging firearms unless it's in self defense. Remember the DC Snipers? They first came on police radar for doing the exact same thing, shooting a stump in the backyard, in Washington State and nothing happened to Muhammad, and then the killings began.
