So there is this investor, by the name of Kevin Douglas, who just invested (via convertibles at $2.38 conversion price) $10 million into QTWW. finance.yahoo.com I was wondering why they reported his name in the PR as that's not really necessary.. Well, it seems this guy likes to take big stakes in a variety of companies and his name shows up regularly.. insidermonkey.com Note that WPRT and FSYS shows up on that link.. Both of these companies are heavily involved in CNG.. And I wonder if there is now a connection being created between WPRT and QTWW.. WPRT is producing CNG engines for the trucking industry.. THAT would be an important linkage.. Either way, the placement was more than fair, given the price of the stock conversion.. It pays off a bridge note that was coming due this month and had been hovering over the company.. I think we may be finally getting on the verge of a price break-out to the $5 range.. and then ultimately $10.. Hawk
