Like I said the miscreant Muhammad dead dumb ass who was the DC Sniper, did the EXACT same crimes and the cops ignored it. He was never made out to be the Jihadist he really was. But he was partially that as internal justification, also a hatred of his exwife who was next on the list, and also trying to stupidly get money. He actually wanted the cops/State to deposit money into an account where he could use a easily traceable debit card. What a stupid Jackass.
