Ah. Exactly. Only in BB's can this shorting go on. Therefore only in shorting can we prove perhaps, and also on RMIL, that the math proves the criminal theft and reselling of shares which do not exist.
I know this has a legal term in commerce. Everything has a common term. It actually might be a common term applied to stolen bank notes, etc., perhaps we have already heard the exact term and didn't know it. Like duplicity and collusion. k That is binding in court and must fit certain circumstances. Actually, it may well be duplicity and collusion themselves for starters. I don't know, but when I get mad enough I usually go to work.

In the meantime I wish we could all take detailed notes, but the thread is the best detailed note there is, especially Alan and Bender's (and GB in and out) data.

Hey, haven't you seen the Serpico movie. It's hard, but it could be done.
