Buck,

You hang sheetrock, Buck........You lay tile and ....well, let's not get into it.

Let us just say that it is rocking time at Sun Point Custom Homes. We have beaten El Nino.......and I hope that IDX has a little surprise for the big, bold, scummer shorts. Four "buys" in the last two weeks from Street names must be making them feel a bit uneasy.

A three point deal would be fun......and you and I both know that they are out there......just not done.....yet.
