I was wrong about the weapon used by Aaron the Perp. I talked with a very high level civilian plugged directly into the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Aaron the Perp walked a sawed off Remington 870 onto the Navy Yard in a gym bag. He said he shot a civilian in the parking garage in front of bldg. 197 then shot and killed a guard but he was confused about what floor that was on. He used to work at NCIS on the Navy Yard and knows Bldg. 197 as well as I. He agreed finally that he shot the guard at the entrance and took his service pistol. I think he killed another guard upstairs and took his pistol. The shotgun was purchased at Sharpshooters in Virginia (I frequently used them as an FFL). They were sold a few years ago and used to be called Gilbert's Small Arms Range.
