The problem is your doubt is rooted in your politics and not in the science. It is a fact that sea level is rising. Not only is it rising, but the rate of change is increasing. The reason why is the temperature of the oceans, particularly at high latitudes is increasing. Part of the reason why Sandy was so devastating was that the barriers were built when sea level was lower.

All of the major ice sheets, save the East Antarctic Ice Sheet have thinned. The increases in the EAIC mass doesn't equal or exceed the losses in the WAIC, much less what is happening in Greenland. So doubt all you want, but those doubts aren't grounded in reality.
