DubM, CVUS is not in the same league as WCII when it comes to local
telephone service. Checking their 10Q's and 10K's in Edgar I
discovered that:
1) equipment for providing telephone service, along with their
current TV feeds, is "still in development",
2) they have CLEC authorization only in NY State,
3) they have only one interconnect agreement with an RBOC (NYNEX)
and that covers only NY City (signed June 11 of this year),
4) as far as I can tell they have no actual phone customers now,
whether commercial or residential (apartment houses are
their major target)
Besides, look at their stock price chart--no excitement there.
