Riley makes his claims as a trained investigator reporting as a private citizen, Kugler states his case as a broker, reporting as a private citizen. In light of your experience would there be a difference in accountability?

Your comparison is in error, Mike is a broker, Riley is not, we are talking about stocks, not thugs (or are we?)
