"the other lunatic shooter was a nut case... go figure..."

He was a private contractor for the Navy and his security clearance had just been re-approved this JULY (by yet *another* private contractor) despite his mental problems, anger management issues, and two recent shooting incidents in which the cops had to be called on him - one shooting through his terrified neighbor's ceiling while she was home and the other shooting out the tires of someone he was disgruntled with.

Guess that down-sizing *some* government functions (like security checks) and privatizing them can cause problems TOO.....
