Almost all of the Republican's objection is the simple historical fact.

How could they do so? Mainly because it was an aweful law.

What about Romney and Romney care? It was on the state level (eliminating constitutional and federalist/subsidiarity issues, and meaning it wasn't imposed on a group of people where a majority opposed it. Also it wasn't rammed through so quickly and by only one party the way Obamacare was.

Also many Republicans didn't particularly care for Romney either. And most of those who did support him supported him for other reasons.

What are your objections to the ACA?

To expensive, reduces freedom, against the constitution, centralizes power in the federal government, and its generally a huge complex ineffective mess.
