also be careful on how you define "rank".
depending on the desired slant of the outcome, one can use different gauges.
oldest ages, number of deaths, etc.
there are so many factors that come into play . . surprisingly, like how deaths are counted.
one would think that would be straightforward, but it isn't.
Also, life styles of the country, etc.
It is very hard to quantify . . but I like the following two:
1 - how many people come to the USA for treatment from other countries and how hard they try to get here
2 - the percentage of lives saved in the USA on any given (multiple) disease/symptom versus other countries
Obviously any human of any country would want to know where the best health-care is . . so I am open to all thoughts . . . even those that show Cuba to be the best.
