Zablin thanks for the info,looks like Bp is very worried about very large claims being awarded to oil companies hurt by the spill and the follow on drilling ban.Atp certainly has a strong case against Bp. Bp didn't ban drilling but they spawned it with their reckless drilling and violations of proper procedures of drilling this well,Atp was forced to idle their operation at a very critical time ,Bp should be held accountable with treble damages awarded to Atp say 3 to 5 billion.
