Any company that is in business can be sold/bought. However, I would hate to have Agouron be bought by Merck. My 10(TEN) year experience with their reps has been the worst. I love to deal with AGPH reps, but those Merck people are something else. I may give up on the HIV field if they buy Agouron.
But thank GOD, I do not think that will ever happen. Maybe, AGPH will do to them what Glaxo did to Wellcome.
Bottom line is , AGPH IS a good company, with a good (excellent) product, a good, promising pipeline. And maybe they think results should speak for themselves.

But pleaseee! NOT MERCK!!!!!!
