Bought some GVE today. It looks very cheap to me and bottom looks near.
Bought some HPT today. No idea if a bottom is near, but it looks cheap and with FCH jumping 2 points in 3 sessions, I like this Hotel REIT also.

PAH, EQR and CLI are high quality REIT's trading near recent lows.
BFS is near a bottom also.
SEA is low and goes ex-dividend this week.
JDN is near a low.

QGLY is a small cap worth looking into. Technically it is terrible and should wait for a bottom to start forming, but it could spike back rapidly. It has a zinc tablet that speeds up recovery from the common cold. It is around 15 and has earned .73 in 9 months with the cold season coming on. Revenues are up 45 times last year. I imagine there is fear of competition since they are just selling a better tasting zinc, but if this isn't the case, then this is dirt cheap. If there is competition, I imagine they can get 3-5% profit margins, in which case they are still not overpriced.

Is anyone in RHT?

Richard
