I stand corrected. If you add the 12.9 million in one-time charges back to the .3 available to common shareholders, you get 13.2 million on 44.9 million shares or .29 per share, which is above the .23 concensus. Still, I don't think all these charges will be received favorably and top-line year-over-year growth for the quarter was only 15% (26% for the FY). Sequential revenue growth was only 9.5% for what was supposed to be their strongest quarter. Expense control looks good, sales & marketing, R&D, G&A all down. There's no mention of product mix (AS/400 vs. UNIX) & no mention of an NT version.

I still say it'll be a down day tomorrow.
