CEI is very expensive, but that's what you expect from the fastest growing REIT. It is fairly priced assuming a 15% FFO growth rate for the next few years. They grew 50% in the last quarter, but that isn't likely to be maintained. It trades mostly between 35 and 40, so a patient investor is likely to get in cheaper than 39 where it is now

For discussion on many other REIT's come into the trading REIT's 1-2 weeks before going ex-dividend.
