i'll look at those numbers a little closer tomorrow, but my initial thoughts are:

1) If flash gets that cheap there would be no profit in manufacturing it (a comoditities princable that puts a "floor" on everything).

2) You could put more MB of $10 clik! disk in you pocket (or bag) than could ever be built into a camera.

3) clik! would allow users to transport data from device to device without carrying the hardware: Camera to PC, Camera to printer, Laptop to presentation, PDA to PC, PC to GPS in car..... REMOVABLE STORAGE.
