I noticed a pattern AMAT followed lately. Starting from $32, it had taken about 2 - 4 day worth of deelings to move the trading base up $1 each time. In past 10 sessions or so, the trading base has moved from $32 up to $35. My feeling is that tomorrow could be the day that we test $36 the first time. After that it will need couple more days to move the base up there. If this trend continues, we will have no problem to test $40 by Xmas.

The reason we have this pattern, the way I see it, is because on one hand institutions are getting in using every dip, on the other hand some individual investors are getting out whenever there is a $1 profit. Eventually though, AMAT is moving up, 'cuz institutions are there to stay, and individuals are coming back after 1 or 2 days on the sideline.

Not a bad pattern to follow after all.

Good luck everyone!
