1 - Its a different program, claims about Obamacare are not claims about Medicare. Some of those points are true about Medicare as well, for example its too expensive,
Many of us wanted Obamacare to be part of Medicare......a real universal insurance program....
Medicare is too expensive......the rate of cost increase has shown a definite slowdown.....

2 - To an extent seniors are forced in to Medicare. Also if I'm forced to pay, and then I get a chance to get some of my own money back, that's acceptable compared to just paying and getting nothing back.
You don't have to take Part B........how would you get a chance to get your money back? By getting sick and having Medicare foot the bill....
