I have been doing the similar things except that I have build my miner and metal closed-end funds core position a couple years ago and kept near 99% invested. Rotating the positions within the when the timing is right. Picking the best CEO to run the best properties is my main focus. Continue to stack metals whenever they are cheap and having some cash around. I don't sell short any of these positions.

Also rotate some trading $ between NUGT and DUST in my small trading account just to explore the sensitivity of the market sentiment that helps me to understand what investors are thinking.

This week is a mess. I will let the market to show its true color.
