I don't know if you have the ability to put these prices up on a long term chart.....but when I did one thing 'has been clear in the past.'

Key in on past.

In the past when she started down.....she went way down. But then again during those times....Checkfree was so far away from turning a Profit....years.....which had the price moving like a fart in a windstorm...you had others going for the same market....who are now partners. Now Checkfree is generating positive cash flow each quarter...albeit not profits...which are still 210 days away.

Key in on 210 days away.

The consensus of 11 analysts for the 12/31/97 quarter is 4 cent loss. So they are projecting a loss of 2.25 Million down from 3.3 Million last quarter.

Then where do we go? 1.1 Million in March and break-even in June?

Ok everyone seems to be talking long-term 5 years. Now here we are plinking along...picking up over a Million every 90 days in progressively positive results. Let's just say for wishful thinking that continues for next 10 years.

By June of 1999 we bring in 4.4 Million Net, by June of 2000 8.8 Million, June of 2001 13.2 Million, June of 2002 17.6, June of 2003 22 Million. June of 2004 26.4, June of 2005 30.8 Million, June of 2006 35.2 Million, June of 2007 39.6 Million.

One thing becomes pretty damm clear to me.......MicroSoft and Bill Gates ain't getting into E-Commerce to make 39.6 Million Dollars 10 years out.

Which is probably why Checkfree is already valued at nearly 1.5 Billion Dollars by the Market right now with losses at 3.3 Million a quarter. They don't believe it either.

I'm putting this Checkfree into a don't open till you're 50 package. I'm just gonna buy it, and buy it, and buy it.

$25 Bucks is as good as any.
