What about a bank in Argentina? It looks like Kyle Bass has been buying(Although I disagree with him that Argentina needs a regime change). I bet a lot of people wouldn't guess Argentina gdp's growth rate has been better than Brazil for the most of the past decade. Especially since Argentina gets so much bad press. I posted last year about Argentina and everyone blasted me. The Mervel Index has double and my stocks doubled since then. I guess Templeton was right "The best time to invest is when pessimism is at its highest". I wonder when Kyle started buying now that he is going public and pumping some. businessinsider.com
