That's all a total crock, Jorge. But, if it comforts you to believe that, go right ahead. Last I checked, no book on market economic includes a "Bill of Rights"!

Economies existed long before anybody defined them or wrote books about them. So the fact that something may or may not exist in a book doesn't preclude its existence.

anybody who believes in free markets understands that force of any kind negates the existence of the free market and the force itself hurts the economy and society. To ensure that force is not used against individuals so that a free market can exist, it is necessary to have a government that respects and protects the rights of individuals.

The "crock" is that you are trying to redefine "free markets" as the opposite of their true meaning. By definition, where slavery existed, there was no free market. So it is intellectually dishonest to assert that there is any connection.
