I don't TOTALLY blame the (R)'s. Part of it is that, as the jobs come back, they're being filled with robots, software or a robot/software combination, or just outsourced to a cheaper labor country. Once the robot or software is amortized, it's just like having a slave that doesn't eat, doesn't get sick, and works 24/7/365 with maybe a day off for maintenance. Even a hick like Dave admits this is in our future, he just fails to get that it's happening NOW, and some serious socialism is needed immediately to address the problem. Which is the (R) part of the problem.
