So what's your definition of reasonable and why?

There is no absolute definition of a reasonable minimum wage. It was an arbitrary standard to begin with.

But because of the long history of the minimum wage, "reasonable" would be to take what we have today and index it to inflation. Maybe even adjust the rate of increases based on unemployment.
