While American culture is not compulsory, the term "black" has polluted local language in NZ. Other cultural contaminants have been adopted too, such as ghetto trousers falling down with no belt and the habit of gesticulating with fingers in odd positions.

Maoris have nothing in common with Negroes and are most closely related to Japanese, both being sourced from eastern China down the coast towards Hong Kong. Maori language similarities are strong with Japanese. No doubt some haplotype studies have showed exactly where they came from. It's odd that they'd feel brohood with American Negroes. Lindy's Hawaiians are only a few hundred years separated from Maoris and the Cook Islands. Japan could rightfully claim Hawaii and all of Polynesia. Or maybe China should claim Japan and all of Polynesia since the explorers left from southern China. Japan tried to stop the American westward conquest in 1940 but failed. Now O'bama is pivoting to China. China's explorers also claimed north and south America thousands of years ago so they should get those back too if historical grievances are to be rewound as many seem to want to do in Israel.

Come to think of it, I have some historical claims to make too. But that game can go back 30,000 years to when the first Negro bloke left Africa and started all non-African humans off, or maybe 90,000 years when the first Negro woman left and created all non-Africans now living.
