3 bit per cell nand flash currently has 128 gB per chip. 8 chips made up 1 TB.

3 bit per cell then uses hdd PRML data compresion method to achieve 128 gB.

PRML data compression can use up to 8 bit per cell. Each year adding new library of sentences or paragraph can finally have 8 bit per cell analog curve using library of google to see the data compressed.

These technology require existing google library to assign data compression curves of prml.
