Huh, maybe you aren't aware, but I happen to like windows phone. Most windows phone users are very happy, with a satisfaction rating that ranks up there with Apple. It's failing for a lot of reasons, but I see no evidence that it's due to "crappiness." Thanks for your well-researched opinion, though.
