KZAP, you're absolutely right, the idea is 'hope'. Just like with any other penny stock with no fundamentals! Why this number though - 0.015? Why not then wait till it drops to 0.001? Why set a precise target price to jump in, it's not Intel or Microsoft! Before the merger is secured (or cancelled..) this stock will continue to move on mere speculation. They have a letter of interest signed with one of the "number of candidates", and, based on my communications with the mgt, are working hard on securing the deal. I personally hate this kind of suspense, but expect some news very soon, mainly because CVIA is a clean shell, and therefore would not require as much investigative effort from lawyers and CPA's. Who knows??? When we have something more solid than just 'hope' it's often a little too late to get in for a few pennies..<g> Milk P.S. thanks for a little reality check
