Am new to SI, just now discovered this board devoted to preferred stock investing. Am looking at a preferred reit. Am considering psb-u, issuer with long hx of paying dividends, not a distressd company.. Yield and yield to call good, actually investment grade, cumulative, non-convertible. trading under par. What d'ya think, any red flags? Appreciate feedback. Bob
