Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Ascend selling frame relay switch and FSCX selling frame relay access devices (FRAD). In othter words, remote FSCX devices talk to central Ascend devices. Kinda like network cards talking to hubs. Why is FSCX becoming a niche player in the FRAD market? And as you point out, via consolidation, they might make a good addition to someone (of the big boys) that wants to provide an end to end solution. Gary
