I don't see the Republicans fighting for Tort Reform at the moment....

All they seem to be fighting for is Defunding Obamacare.

NOW is the time for them to use their leverage to try and get things like tort reform.

Instead, all they are doing is threatening to shut the government down if Obamacare isn't cancelled.

That's a STUPID plan and that's why MacConnel and the other Repubs ain't going for it....
