I would expect the Chinese to wish to cut back on pollution. Coal can be used and create harmful pollution or used in a manner where there is no pollution, only good CO2 to enhance plant growth.

In the us I would go for very reliable nuclear plants, clean coal agriculture enhancing plants and natural gas.
I would ban toxic PV panels and eye an ear polluting wind mills that kill thousand of birds.

As for members of the IPCC. Some type of a non toxic water based glue and feathers on some kind of pay per view.
