Walmart is the best retail inventory management organization in the world. Without the slightest question. WTF......did you read the damn article??? There is no way to see this other than as very bad economic news. They are clearly anticipating a bad Christmas selling season. Not good news. Yes, you would interpret that way. Maybe that will prompt you to tell your Rs pols that the sequester is a fail.
