I to am quite tired of the repeated harassment and slander that he and
other known shorts and nays are spreading about me and the stocks that I
own. It's bad enough that M. Kugler is a broker and is attempting to induce
people to sell their RMIL and other stocks because he has a personal beef
with me.

SI should be aware that Rocky Mountain International has amended their
present lawsuit against the known short sellers to include Mr. M. Kugler
and his employer for his repeated posts on SI. This is why I believe his
repeated attacks and slander continue against me and other RMIL shareholders.
