Most recent. We have screened pool enclosures here in Florida. Needed 6 screens replaced, and the landscaping butts up against the screens. So he had to cut back the landscaping, go to Depot to pick up materials, crawl around on the ground for 5 hours in 90°+. Invoiced me $105, including materials. Same guy, and his contractor buddy just redid my entire kitchen (except countertop farmed out) and tile floors in kitchen and family room, and painted. While we were on vacation. He's good, and I know two other guys that are close.
